President of WKSI – Wadokai Karatedo Shin-Gi-Tai Italia and Karate Master. I was born in 1961 and started practicing Wado-ryu as a very young man with Ivo De Santis Sensei, a direct student of him who introduced Wado-ryu in Italy: Yutaka Toyama Sensei. In 1982, I graded for the 1st DAN in the Japan Karatedo Federation of Wado-kai. I am now 5th DAN of Japan Karatedo Federation Wado-kai. I am a Member of Honour of FCAM (Cuban Federation of Martial Arts) where I am a qualified Kyoshi given that I was the one who introduced Wado Ryu in the Caribbean island, as well as Foreign Technical Advisor of Cuba’s Wado Ryu Karatedo Association. Since October 2021 I am the National Head of Wado-Ryu Style for FIJLKAM – Italian Federation of Judo, Wrestling, Karate, and Martial Arts.
